Have you tried improving your sleep?

Thank you for your interest in participating in my research on sleep optimization! The interview is designed to explore how individuals like you manage and improve their sleep. Your insights will help shed light on how sleep practices impact health, productivity, and daily life.

About the Interview.

Who Can Participate?

Anyone who is currently engaged in some sleep optimization practice is welcome to participate. 

This includes people who do at least one of these:

  • Adjust their other activities to prioritize sleep

  • Use sleep-tracking devices or apps

  • Take supplements or use other methods to enhance sleep quality

No need to be a sleep optimization expert! 

  • The fact that you're making an effort to improve your sleep, regardless of your current sleep quality or knowledge, is enough.

What Does the Interview Involve?

The interview will last approximately 50 minutes. During this time, we’ll discuss your experiences with sleep optimization, the strategies you use, any challenges you face, and how it fits into your daily routine.

You can choose to do the interview either:

  • Online via video call,

  • In-person in Odense, Denmark.


Flexible Scheduling

Interviews are scheduled at your convenience. After you sign up, we will schedule a date and time that works best for you.
 

Confidentiality

All interviews are completely confidential. Your identity and responses will be anonymized, and the data will only be used for academic purposes.

My name is David, and I'm a master's student in Brand Management and Marketing Communication at the University of Southern Denmark. As someone who is also striving for better sleep, I'm genuinely interested in learning how others approach and navigate their sleep routines.
